Terms & conditions
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- More than 24 hours notice: Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge.
- Within 24 hours notice: * Cancellations: Subject to a 100% fee of the service price.
- Rescheduling: Subject to a 50% fee. Please note that if no available slots are found for rescheduling, the full cancellation fee (100%) will apply.
- Promotional Bookings: Appointments booked under a promotion or discount cannot be rescheduled. If a change is needed, the promotion is forfeited, and the full standard price will apply to the new booking.
- Payment: All fees must be settled immediately at the moment the cancellation or rescheduling takes place.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (non-advising) is considered a cancellation and will be charged at 100%.
- Transferability: Appointments are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, another person may use your slot at no additional cost, provided the therapist is notified in advance.
2. Hygiene and Professional Standards
- Personal Hygiene: For health, safety, and mutual respect, clients are required to maintain proper personal hygiene when attending their session.
- Right of Refusal: Bioritmica reserves the right to immediately terminate or refuse a session if the client’s hygiene conditions are inadequate for professional manual therapy (e.g., lack of basic cleanliness).
- Policy on Fees: In such cases, the session will be terminated for reasons attributable to the client, and the full 100% fee will be charged.
3. Treatment Expectations and Professional Discretion
- Customized Approach: My treatments (including Californian and Deep Tissue techniques) are personalized and adapted in real-time based on professional assessment. Promotional videos serve as illustrative examples and do not represent a fixed sequence.
- Time Constraints: A 60-minute "Full Body" session is a general treatment. The therapist will prioritize areas based on clinical needs and the time booked.
- Pain Response: Please be aware that one session may not provide immediate relief, and some post-treatment sensitivity is normal.
