Cancelation before 24 hour is fee free as well as rebooking.
Cancelation within 24 hours has a 100% fee, whereas rebooking the appointment has a 50% fee. This could be an option. If the client does not find an available slot for rescheduling the appointment, the full cancellation fee applies. The fee must be paid in the moment the cancellation/rebooking takes place without further ado.
Non-advising/non-showing-up is considered a cancellation.
The appointment can be used by other than the person entitled to the appointment without further payment.
