75 min - Deep Tissue Bodywork (Extended)

Description

This is an extended session designed to focus on more than 1 muscle area or to address a localized discomfort for an extended duration.
- Just like in 45-min session, this massage stands out to help you address the very root of persistent TENSION and PAIN by performing a deep tissue work in both the muscles and the fascia.
- The work here is precise and focused, the pressure is slow, constant and increasingly intense, still the touch is conscious, sensitive and careful.
- The pressure is meticulously done using elbows. You will feel that the root is reached, and the pain releases without aggression but in a very cautious way.
- This technique goes beyond localized discomfort. This style stimulates the ‘parasympathetic’ response of the nervous system, addressing the patterns of tension and daily stress that affect both the fascia and the muscular tissue.
- At the end of the session you'll find yourself grounded and calmed.
